Published: 2005-07-12
Edmonton rock band Waiting for Daybreak is writing material for an EP they hope to record this year. According to the band's official site, the group will be writing new songs throughout the summer. They recently played the Sharktank in Edmonton, AB, with fellow artists Perfect Blue, rolodex, Thanos, and Langley.

Waiting for Daybreak formed last year with Shea Johnston on drums, James Frost on vocals and guitar, and Casey Barkley on bass. To round out the sound, the band added second guitarist Matt Ross, making the group a four-piece.

The working title for the band's upcoming EP is The Right Combination of Zeroes and Ones. For more info on the band and upcoming shows, visit waitingfordaybreak.com.
