As she continues her foray into the world of anglophone music, Quebec's Jorane will head out on a whirlwind tour of the entire globe. The singer, songwriter, and noted cellist will visit five different countries in the next three months, but won't be stopping long enough in any of them to take much of a look around.
The cellist toured Canada extensively with Sarah Slean earlier this year and recently wrapped a short tour of France. Next up for the songstress is a performance in Toronto. From there she'll hit Chicago and then touch down briefly in Japan, Canada (Victoria), France, and Germany in June and July.
Jorane continues to tour in support of The You and the Now, her first English-language album. Released in her native Canada last September, the 11-track album just received an American release on March 29th, with a few tweaks here and there.
