There's nothing like hot weather to get bands up and about, and synth-pop band Falconhawk is no exception. The indie rock three-piece is preparing for weeks of long drives and illusions of sleep as they head out across North America this summer in a very big way.
In support of their second album, Here's Your Ghost, released in March 2005, Falconhawk has plans to hit 31 cities in 8 provinces and 13 states across the continent. Kicking off in Vancouver on July 8th, the month-long tour will take the trio all the way to the Maritimes and back again, to finish off in Edmonton August 12th.
Led by Kara Keith, Falconhawk didn't fool around when it came to bringing its sophomore effort into the world. Only 13 months elapsed between the band's debut, Hot Mouth, and the drop of Here's Your Ghost.
To listen to what the band has to offer, take a gander at its official site at www.falconhawk.ca. The site also provides a full listing of Falconhawk's summer tour plans (including its American stops)ůkeep checking to find out which venues the band settles on.
