Legendary musician Willie Nelson is picking up his feet, plaiting his hair extra securely, and using the next four months of the year to tour the continent. The entire first three months of the tour will see Nelson make his way around the United States, but the last week, well that's dedicated solely to Canadaówestern Canada, to be precise.
Making his way north of the 49th parallel to kick off the Canadian end of the tour on July 13th in Winnipeg, Nelson is set to play a total of six confirmed dates in western venues. Nelson's last stop will be Vancouver, where he'll pack up the whole kit and caboodle on July 21st.
The reason the iconic country star is launching such an ambitious tour in the hottest months of the year is to support his latest studio album, It Always Will Be. Released late last year, the record features 14 tracks from Nelson, adding to his already massive catalogue.
