Jeremy Camp Plans Restored Tour

Published: 2005-04-13
Hailing from Lafayette, Indiana, singer/songwriter Jeremy Camp is gearing up to tour across his homeland this fall in support of his most recent release "Restored". Dubbed the Restored Tour for obvious reasons, the jaunt will feature Camp as headliner, with South African group Tree63 and 16-year-old Ohio buzz girl, Bethany Dillon, nabbing the opening slot.

Speaking of the ambitious Restored Tour, Camp's manager Matt Balm has said: "Those who come to the show are going to connect with these amazing artists on a spiritual level as well as a personal level. All three artists have had tremendous radio success, giving the fans songs to look forward to hearing during the night. The concert goer can count on a low ticket price, amazing production, and mostly, a place to meet with God."

The tour will hit 40 cities across America, beginning on September 1st in Minneapolis and not finishing up until November 20th when Camp and crew hit Columbus. Currently, Camp is touring the US with MercyMe, and has plans to play many of the summer festivals. The singer will also be making a trip to Africa in May, to perform in Morocco as part of Friendship Fest, which looks to bring together Muslims and Christians.

Unfortunately, there are no Canadian stops planned on the Restored Tour, but those who want to check out Camp and are willing to hop down to the States can head over to www.jeremycamp.com for constant updates as to the singer's whereabouts.
