On June 21st, the newest from rock-rapper John Reuben will become available for fans to add to their record collections. The effort, which has been given the title "The Boy VS The Cynic", is Reuben's fourth studio album, and the follow-up to December 2003's "Professional Rapper".

Featuring 12 new tracks, Reuben completely self-produced "The Boy VS The Cynic", released through Gotee Records (also home to Out of Eden and Relient K). The first single lifted from the album is called "Nuisance", which features Relient K frontman Matt Thiessen, and is out to radio in May. The follow-up single is expected to be a song called "Out of Control".

To promote "The Boy VS The Cynic", Reuben will head out on tour this year, touring extensively this spring. His tour is set to kick off on April Fools Day in Illinois for a three day stint, and he'll make his way around the continent from there.
