Andy Hunter Preps EP, Gets Chummy With Microsoft

Published: 2005-03-11
English DJ Andy Hunter is preparing to put his newest studio effort out into the world in the form of an EP called "Life". The album will feature 6-songs from the successful Christian artist, and will become available for purchase on May 26th. Hunter's last full-length release called "Exodus" was put on shelves back in October 2002.

In other Hunter news, he was recently off to Cannes, France, to perform at a technology bash called "Experience More Microsoft" as part of Midem (an international music conference). The event was attended by a variety of music and technology types, and Hunter was able to share the stage with DJ Louie Vega. No stranger to Microsoft events, the electronica artist also spun at the "Digital Entertainment Anywhere" launch in Los Angeles, which was hosted by Billy Gates himself.

In a statement, Hunter expressed his appreciation for the chance to perform at Microsoft's "Digital Entertainment Anywhere" event: "It was an incredible opportunity for me to play for an event of this size and to rock the dance floor. I am blown away by the support that people at Microsoft have for me and my music."
