Whitney Houston in 'Severe Pain' At Hospital

Singer/Actress, Whitney Houston has been through a lot in her lifetime. In the past, while Houston was creating the 1992 blockbuster film "The Bodyguard", she admitted to her use of hard drugs which included cocaine, marijuana, and prescription drugs. She has told reporters in the past that she has since overcome her addictions through "prayer and faith." Despite her marriage troubles and personal addictions, she has been fortunate with the priveleages her recording career has brought.

Houston recently suffered severe pain when she was recently rushed to hospital in Paris, France, for "a severe bout of gastroenteritis," reports said. Gastroentertitis is the inflammation of the stomach and intestines. Houston reportedly felt sick on the plane flying to Paris and needed to be taken to hospital upon landing.
