Jennifer Lopez Cancels European Tour

She's never been one for the touring life, and pop diva Jennifer Lopez has confirmed the fact by cancelling her European promo tour. The actress/singer claims she is too sick to make the trip to old London town, and must stay in Los Angeles under doctor's orders. Yesterday, Lopez was scheduled to make an appearance at the British charity premiere of her latest film "Shall We Dance?", in addition to the promotional album tour.

In a statement, Lopez explained the last minute cancellation: "I very much wanted to be in London today but unfortunately I'm not well. At the advice of my doctors I'm unable to travel. Being sick has also caused me to cancel my European album tour."

The album Lopez was travelling to Europe to promote is her fourth studio album "Rebirth". Featuring 11 new tracks, including current single "Get Right"; "Rebirth" is set to hit shelves on March 1st. The album was co-produced by Corey Rooney (Marc Anthony, Destiny's Child), and is the follow-up to 2002's "This Is Me÷Then".
