The details of the 2005 Warped Tour have been announced a bit earlier than planned, much to the pleasure of punk fans across the continent. As previously announced, legendary California quartet The Offspring are one of the 44 bands that have joined the Tour, as are My Chemical Romance and Funeral For A Friend. A few Canadian bands have signed on for Warped as well, including Silverstein and Toronto alt-rock quartet Billy Talent.

It's still yet to be seen which bands will be playing which date, but those Canadians who plan to check out this year's Warped offering have five chances to do so. Nearly 50 stops have been scheduled, with the tour kicking off June 17th in Columbus, Ohio and finishing up in Asbury Park, New Jersey two months later.
