Blue Skies At War Tour Ontario

Published: 2005-01-20
In their continuing quest to take over the title of most beloved angry band in Canada, Ontario's Blue Skies At War will continue to rock out for their adoring fans across Canada, and this time, also for victims of December's tsunami disaster. The quintet have three gigs scheduled for February, with all of them taking place in Ontario. Their February 3rd show at Stratford's the Beefeater will see the guys do their part, and play a benefit for the tsunami relief fund.

Blue Skies At War continue to tour in support of their debut album 'You Pour the Gasoline I'll Light the Match', which is quickly finding it's way into the hearts of hardcore fans across the country. 'Better Time', the first single lifted from the 9-track disc, has received a fair bit of airtime on Much Music, and even made its way to #7 on the program PowerShift.

Before 'You Pour the Gasoline' came into the world, BSAW released a 5-song demo EP called 'Forever÷' in 2002. Generous guys that they are, Blue Skies have put all the tracks (plus a few acoustic rarities) up for free download at their official web site (www.blueskiesatwar.com) to show their appreciation for all their fans.

Blue Skies At War's upcoming shows:

February 3 Stratford, ON - The Beefeater (Tsunami benefit)
February 4 Guelph, ON - Shadow
February 22 Barrie, ON - Foundation Nite Club
