Fans of ÷And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead will be pleased to note that the band's newest studio album will be hitting shelves in just over a month. Christened with the name 'Worlds Apart', the 12-song record will become available for purchase on January 25th, 2005. The first single lifted from the album is called 'Worlds Apart', also known as the title-track.

Those who can't wait until the next Trail of Dead album is officially released are in luck. The band has created a listening post at their official web site (www.trailofdead.com), where it's possible to preview to three tracks from the upcoming album: first single 'World's Apart', 'And The Rest÷', and 'Classic Art'. Of course there are also those who have already heard the entire album as it was leaked a fair while ago.

It can be expected that Trail of Dead will tour in support of their new album, but those who were lucky enough to catch the band on their fall 2004 dates (including one Canadian stop) already got a preview of the quartet's new act. One of the more anticipated releases of 2005, 'Worlds Apart' will be the Texan band's fourth full-length album in their decade-long career. Previous to 'Worlds Apart' the world saw the release of 'Source Tags & Codes' in 2002, which was the band's first album for Interscope.

The track-listing of 'Worlds Apart' is:

'Overture'
'Will You Smile Again For Me'
'Worlds Apart'
'Summer 91'
'And The Rest Will Follow'
'Caterwaul'
'Classic Art Showcase'
'Let It Dive'
'Russia My Homeland'
'All White'
'The Best'
'City of Refuge'
