The Furleys Get Back On Stage

Hailing from the flatlands of Saskatchewan, pop-rock band The Furleys are prepared to do what they do best this December. The trio currently has five performances lined-up for the last month of the year, with four of them happening in Canada. Of those four gigs that will take place on Canadian soil, three of them will happen in Ontario and the other in The Furleys' hometown of Saskatoon.

The band will be out driving the icy winter highways in order to support their debut album. After a flurry of songwriting, the self-titled effort was finished earlier this year. The goal of The Furleys was to capture the essence of their live show on recording, for on the stage is where the band feels most at home.

According to bassist Cam Ewart, drummer Quinn Magnuson, and guitarist James Hudyma, the meeting of the future members of The Furleys was fate's doing. After their fateful meeting, the members pursued solo paths but always were driven back to one another.
