Garbage Announce New Album Details

Published: 2004-11-22
After spending the better part of the year in a US recording studio, the newest album from pop-rock band Garbage is in the final stages of production. The record has been given the name 'Bleed Like Me', changed from the earlier working title of 'Hands On A Hard Body', and has a projected release date of April 2005. When it becomes available to fans around the world, 'Bleed Like Me' will become Garbage's fourth full-length studio album.

Earlier this summer Garbage revealed a list of songs they expected to appear on their new album. Although these things change quite a bit, the songs in the running to be featured on 'Bleed Like Me' include:

'Be My Bad Boyfriend'
'Why Don't You Come Over'
'It's All Over But The Crying'
'Sex Is Not The Enemy'
'Hanging With The Bitches'
'Why Don't You Love Me'
'Calling All Girls'
'Bleed Like Me'
'Right Between The Eyes'
'Space Can Come Through Anyone'
'Nobody Can Win'

The last album which Garbage unleashed upon the world was the 13-song 'Beautiful Garbage' back in the long lost year of 2001. Containing the hit single 'Androgyny' it helped to push the four-piece even further into the mainstream limelight. Before 'Beautiful Garbage' frontwoman Shirley Manson and her band mates released 'Version 2.0' in 1998 and a self-titled debut in 1995.
