Turn Off The Stars Play With Legends

Published: 2004-11-05
Still supporting their debut album 'Everything Is OK', acoustic rock trio Turn Off The Stars are set to hit a few cities this November to do what they do. So far the band has four shows scheduled, with three in Ontario and one in the United States. Not only will the band play a headlining show of their own, but they're set to share the stage with some big Canadian names.

During their time in Kingston, Ontario, Turn Off The Stars will play alongside rock veterans April Wine, and will also open for Spirit of the West during the Vancouver legends' 20th anniversary tour on November 20th in Toronto.

Releasing their first record, opening for The Tea Party, Matt Good, and Spirit of the West to name a few, 2004 is destined to be a memorable year for Toronto's Turn Off The Stars. Named after one of jazz pianist Bill Evans' songs, Turn Off The Stars put the 8-track 'Everything Is OK' into the world in early 2004, after six years as a band. So far two singles have been lifted off of 'Everything Is OK' - 'Please', and latest single 'Falling Into You'.
