Clinic Bring Their Scrubs to Canada

It appears dressing up in medical scrubs has never hurt anyone's career and Clinic will take their chances. The four Brits are set to bring their stage gimmick to North America this fall, on an extensive tour. The 21-date jaunt kicked off yesterday (October 13th) in Philadelphia, and will continue until November 10th where the boys will wrap it all up in New York City.

In the near two months of touring there will be just one Canadian gig, which will take place in Toronto. The alt-rock band is out supporting their newest full-length effort titled 'Winchester Cathedral'. Hitting North American record store shelves in August, the album is Clinic's third LP. The 12-track 'Winchester Cathedral' was released via the now infamous British indie label Domino records, also home to Scotland's Franz Ferdinand.

Clinic debuted with a full-length album in the spring of 2002. The eagerly anticipated record was called 'Internal Wrangler' and gained the four-piece a fair amount of hype. They followed-up 'Internal Wrangler' with 'Walking With Thee' two years later in 2002.
