Neil Young Puts Out 'Greatest Hits'

One of the greatest songwriters that Canada has had to offer the world, Neil Young is compiling all his classic tunes onto one disc. The record is simply titled 'Greatest Hits' and is set to hit stores on November 16th. Released through Warner Brothers records, 'Greatest Hits' will house 16 of Young's most beloved tracks.

Not only will 'Greatest Hits' include Young's solo work, but will also feature songs from his Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young days. Also included with the audio component of the release is a bonus DVD. Featured on the disc are mixes of the songs and music videos for 'Harvest Moon' and 'Rockin' in the Free World'.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Neil Young made his solo debut in 1969 with a 10 track album. He then blew everyone out of the water with the classic 'Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere', released just four months after his debut. Never failing to put out albums with stunning lyrics, Young also released 'Harvest' in 1972 and 'On the Beach' in 1974; his latest effort was 2003's 'Greendale'.
