Nathan Wiley Releases Second Album

Published: 2004-09-13
Canadian singer/songwriter Nathan Wiley is preparing to release his sophomore effort. Wiley's second full-length album is called 'High Low' and is slated for release on September 28th. The record contains twelve tracks, which according to Wiley, are more personal than the ones featured on his debut.

Once again picking up an unimaginable amount of duties on the record (artwork, writing and arranging songs, producing, playing guitars and percussion), Wiley had massive amounts of control during the making of 'High Low'. The first single lifted off the album will be title-track 'High Low'; to hear a sample of the song check out Wiley's website at www.nathanwiley.com.

Wiley will have a chance to test out his new material by touring the East Cost with Canadian rockers Crush. The musician will be playing six dates in Newfoundland and Labrador in early October.

Hailing from Prince Edward Island, Wiley released his debut album in the summer of 2002. With 'Bottom Dollar Baby', Wiley learned the ropes of touring, by playing on the same stage as Sarah Slean, Ron Sexsmith, and Sarah Harmer, to name a few. Praises were showered upon the release, even winning him Alternative Artist of the Year at the ECMAs.
