Keane and The French Kicks Unite

Published: 2004-09-03
Irish trio Keane has decided to take American band the French Kicks out on tour with them this fall. The bands will be hitting 19 North American cities together during the months of September and October. The jaunt across the continent will kick off in Vancouver this coming Monday (September 6th).

After they finish up the American leg of the tour in Montreal on October 1st, Keane will take the French Kicks back to their home turf, playing a series of dates in London.

On this tour Keane will be supporting their recently released debut album called 'Hopes and Fears'. The record is doing very well in the U.K. and Ireland, and the trio is hoping to recreate that sort of success on this side of the pond.

The French Kicks are bringing the tunes of their second album to the table this time around. It's titled 'The Trial of the Century' and was released in May of this year that we call 2004. The four-piece's debut album is called 'One Time Bells' and was put on shelves in 2002.

Keane along with the French Kicks will be stopping at the following:

September 06 Vancouver – Richard's On Richards
September 21 Toronto – The Guvernment
October 01 Montreal – The Spectrum
