Canadian rockers Sum 41 went to the Congo in May to film a documentary but found themselves in the middle of a civil war. As a thank you to the man - Chuck Pelletier - who arranged for the band's evacuation - which included ducking gunfire from the area - Sum 41 has named their new album "Chuck".
The new album which is the follow up to the 2002 release "Does This Look Infected" is due to hit music stores October 12.
The first single "We're All to Blame" is scheduled for release before the new album hit the stores.
